Where will my Advertisement be displayed?
Advertisements, by default, will automatically be added to both the printed Program Book at the convention (April 6th – 9th, 2017) and added directly to this page. However, if you are only interested in one form of publication, please choose the appropriate option on the form below.
How large is the Program Book?
The dimensions of the Program Book are 5.5 inches wide x 8.5 inches tall. Therefore, Half Page Ads are 5″ wide x 4″ tall (or 5.5″ wide x 4.5″ tall if you need to use the page gutters) and Full Page Ads are 5″ wide x 8″ tall (or 5.5″ wide x 8.5″ tall if you need to use the page gutters).
Is page bleed available?
Yes, but only on Color ads and is limited to 1/4 inch.
What are the accepted file formats?
Accepted formats are .JPEG, .PNG and .PDF (.TIFF is also acceptable but must be directly emailed to publications@teamtekko.us after payment.)
How should my images be scaled?
Please scale all images to the size of the ad size you are purchasing.
What if I don’t have an image to upload but still want to Sponsor the Tekko 2017 Program Book?
